Background
Bio
Dr. Chris is a naturopathic doctor who never got the memo that you’re supposed to be stressed and burned out to have an ambitious life.
After a childhood filled with severe joint pain and anxiety, he learned to practice the very modalities that saved his own health.
In addition to his naturopathic doctorate, Dr. Chris has practiced massage therapy in 5-star spas since 2018 and completed over 500 hours of extracurricular training in health coaching, nutrition, kinesiology, and energy healing.
After graduating with his naturopathic medical doctorate, he returned to his hometown of Boulder, CO to offer his services to the local community.
His goal-oriented treatment sessions resolve your concerns as efficiently as possible while also giving the body the time and space it needs to heal.

The Dr. Chris Approach
Philosophy of Care
Atomic Habits
Make lifestyle changes into small, sustainable habits, rather than making sweeping changes that don’t last
Supplement Minimalism
Focus on nutrition through ongoing dietary choices, only using supplements when necessary
Honest, Direct Communication
Express your fears, concerns, and doubts freely so we can address them together, rather than just pushing through a care plan that you don’t believe in.
Respect for Patient Autonomy
Never feel obligated to follow your doctor’s advice if you fundamentally disagree with it.
Fluidity of Symptoms
Even the most stuck, chronic symptom can disappear with the right push in the right direction, no matter how small it may seem.
Kill Your Nocebos
Don’t ruin a good result with negative expectations.
Build a Care Team
Seek like-minded healthcare professionals who can collaborate together to help you reach your goals.
